On October 9, 2015 I entered into a contract to sell my home in Denver Colorado. I knew that the roof was in bad shape and it needed to be replaced. My friend, who also helped me sell my house recommended What The Hail? Roofing, to go out and inspect my home. David Potter inspected my roof right away and let me know that I should make a claim with my insurance company.
Being In another state, this would have been a very difficult thing to manage. David went out and met with the adjuster and handled the entire process from beginning to end. What The Hail? Roofing was amazing in helping me get my roof done before the closing on my house and taking care of me through the whole ordeal.

In September of 2015, we contracted with “What the Hail roofing” to replace our roof in preparation for sale. Dave and Carolyn Worked with us through every aspect of the process. Carolyn guided us while initially contacting. Dave gave us an initial assessment of the roof, explaining how he thought the insurance company would proceed. He was present when the Insurance agent came to look the house and assisted in getting some compensation for gutter and siding replacement.
Both Dave and Carolyn walked us through the time line for both the payments process and the actual roof replacement. The work was done in a timely manner, well within the framework outlined from the beginning, despite Dave’s unexpectedly having to coordinate finding matching siding. Not only did he find the siding, but was able to get it at little no cost due to his relationship with his supplier.

The sense that we were in caring, capable hands made a potentially stressful situation a pleasant one instead. We highly recommend “What the Hail Roofing” to anyone on need of roofing replacement/repair.

I what thank (What The Hail? Roofing) and David Potter for coming out and inspecting my roof. I have had several roofers in the past inspect my roof and they all have put me under considerable pressure to replace and to file a claim with my insurance.
I got a recommendation from a friend to contact What The Hail Roofing. I called them and David came right out and inspected my roof. Not only David told me, but showed me pictures that there was no Hail damage to my roof and in fact my roof was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced.
